TERMS OF USE

Last Updated: August 31, 2026

Welcome to Kaleido Hair. These Terms & Conditions / Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Kaleido Hair website, kaleidohair.com (the “Website”), and your interactions with Kaleido Hair.

By accessing or using our Website, booking an appointment, purchasing a product or service, or otherwise engaging with Kaleido Hair, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website or our online booking services.

1. Website Use

The Website is provided for general informational, appointment-booking, and communication purposes.

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

  • Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law;
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Website;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Website or its systems;
  • Introduce viruses, malicious code, or other harmful material;
  • Scrape, copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit Website content without permission; or
  • Misrepresent your identity or provide false information.

Kaleido Hair reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the Website for anyone who violates these Terms or uses the Website in a manner that may harm Kaleido Hair, its employees, clients, or business operations.

2. Appointments

Appointments may be scheduled through our Website, by telephone, through our online booking platform, or through other approved booking channels.

When scheduling an appointment, you agree to provide accurate and current contact information.

Appointment availability is subject to change and is not guaranteed until the appointment has been properly scheduled and confirmed.

Kaleido Hair reserves the right to contact you regarding your appointment, including for confirmation, scheduling changes, service questions, or other appointment-related matters.

Certain services may require a consultation before an appointment can be confirmed or completed.

3. Appointment Timing

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

Arriving late may reduce the amount of time available for your service. Depending on the circumstances, your stylist may need to modify the service, shorten the appointment, or reschedule the appointment.

If a late arrival prevents Kaleido Hair from reasonably providing the scheduled service, the appointment may be treated as a cancellation or no-show and the applicable cancellation policy may apply.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. We ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Kaleido Hair may maintain a minimum cancellation notice period for certain appointments or services. The applicable cancellation requirements, fees, or policies may be communicated to you when you book your appointment or through our booking platform.

Cancellations made with insufficient notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, loss of deposit, or other applicable charge.

Kaleido Hair reserves the right to require a deposit or valid payment method for future appointments following repeated late cancellations or no-shows.

5. No-Shows

A “no-show” generally means failing to attend a scheduled appointment without providing appropriate notice.

No-shows may result in:

  • Forfeiture of a deposit;
  • A cancellation or no-show fee;
  • Requirement of a deposit or prepayment for future appointments; or
  • Restriction or suspension of future booking privileges.

Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in Kaleido Hair declining to schedule future appointments.

6. Deposits and Prepayments

Certain services, appointments, or clients may require a deposit or prepayment to reserve an appointment.

Any applicable deposit requirements will be disclosed during the booking process.

Unless otherwise stated, deposits are applied toward the scheduled service.

Deposits may be forfeited when an appointment is canceled without sufficient notice, when a client fails to appear for an appointment, or under other circumstances described during the booking process.

Kaleido Hair reserves the right to establish different deposit requirements based on the type, duration, or anticipated cost of a service.

7. Pricing and Service Changes

Prices displayed on the Website, booking platform, social media, advertisements, or other promotional materials are subject to change.

The final price of a service may vary depending on factors such as hair length, density, condition, amount of product required, time required, additional services requested, or changes made during the appointment.

Where reasonably possible, your stylist will discuss significant changes in pricing before performing additional services.

Kaleido Hair reserves the right to correct pricing or promotional errors.

8. Service Results and Consultations

Hair services are customized based on the client’s hair condition, history, texture, length, density, previous chemical treatments, and desired result.

Kaleido Hair does not guarantee that a particular hair color, cut, style, treatment, or other result will be achievable in a single appointment.

Your stylist may recommend a different service, multiple appointments, additional treatments, or a different approach when necessary to protect the health and integrity of your hair.

Clients are responsible for accurately disclosing relevant hair history, including previous color, bleach, chemical treatments, keratin treatments, extensions, henna, or other products or services that may affect the outcome.

9. Corrective Services

If you believe there is an issue with a service you received, please contact Kaleido Hair as soon as reasonably possible so that we can evaluate the concern.

Corrective services may be offered at Kaleido Hair‘s discretion depending on the circumstances, the original service performed, and the nature of the concern.

A corrective service does not necessarily entitle a client to a refund.

Kaleido Hair cannot guarantee a particular corrective result, particularly when the requested result may be affected by prior chemical treatments, home treatments, color history, hair damage, or other factors outside our control.

10. Refunds

Unless otherwise stated, payments for completed salon services are generally non-refundable.

If you are dissatisfied with a service, we encourage you to contact us promptly so that we have an opportunity to discuss and evaluate the concern.

Refunds, credits, complimentary corrective services, or other remedies may be offered at Kaleido Hair‘s discretion and based on the circumstances.

Retail product returns or refunds are subject to the applicable product-specific return policy.

Deposits and prepayments may be non-refundable when an appointment is canceled late or missed, as described in these Terms or during the booking process.

Nothing in this section is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

11. Gift Cards and Promotional Offers

Gift cards, promotional offers, discounts, and special pricing may be subject to additional terms and restrictions.

Promotions may have expiration dates, eligibility requirements, service restrictions, or other limitations.

Promotional offers generally cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated.

Kaleido Hair reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue promotions at any time, subject to applicable law.

12. Client Conduct

Kaleido Hair is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment for clients, stylists, and staff.

Clients are expected to treat employees, stylists, contractors, and other clients with courtesy and respect.

Kaleido Hair does not tolerate:

  • Harassment, threats, intimidation, or abusive behavior;
  • Discriminatory or hateful conduct;
  • Physical aggression or threatening behavior;
  • Verbal abuse directed toward staff or other clients;
  • Deliberate property damage;
  • Disruptive conduct that interferes with salon operations; or
  • Fraudulent or abusive payment disputes.

Kaleido Hair reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service and, when appropriate, restrict future appointments for clients whose conduct violates these standards.

13. Children and Guests

Kaleido Hair may have limited space and may maintain policies regarding children and additional guests accompanying clients.

Clients are responsible for supervising children and ensuring that their behavior does not create a safety concern or interfere with salon operations.

Additional guests may be limited depending on available space and salon circumstances.

14. Health, Allergies, and Safety

Clients should inform their stylist of any known allergies, sensitivities, medical considerations, or previous adverse reactions to hair products or treatments that may be relevant to the service.

Kaleido Hair may decline or modify a service when a stylist reasonably believes that performing the service could create an unreasonable risk to the client, the stylist, or others.

Certain services may require a patch test, consultation, strand test, or other precaution before the service is performed.

Clients are responsible for following aftercare instructions provided by their stylist.

15. Retail Products

Kaleido Hair may sell professional hair-care products and other retail merchandise.

Product availability and pricing are subject to change.

Clients are responsible for following product instructions and using products as directed.

Kaleido Hair is not responsible for adverse reactions or damage resulting from improper use, misuse, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow product instructions.

16. Website Content

The content on the Website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, videos, service descriptions, pricing information, and other materials, is provided for general informational purposes.

We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that all Website content is complete, accurate, current, or error-free.

Service availability, pricing, stylist availability, promotions, and other information may change without notice.

17. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Website and its contents are owned by or licensed to Kaleido Hair and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view and use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, display, sell, or commercially exploit Website content without prior written permission from Kaleido Hair.

Kaleido Hair‘s name, logo, branding, and other identifying materials may not be used without permission.

18. Photographs and Social Media

Kaleido Hair may photograph or record salon activities, hairstyles, events, or other content for marketing and social-media purposes.

Where required, Kaleido Hair will obtain appropriate consent before using identifiable client photographs or videos for promotional purposes.

Clients should not photograph, record, or post other clients or salon employees without appropriate permission.

19. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or may use third-party services, including appointment booking, payment processing, social media, analytics, or other technology platforms.

Kaleido Hair does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, security, or terms of third-party websites or services.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to additional terms and privacy policies established by those providers.

20. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Kaleido Hair does not guarantee that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors or harmful components.

We do not guarantee that the information provided through the Website will meet your particular needs or expectations.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kaleido Hair and its owners, employees, stylists, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Website;
  • Your reliance on Website content;
  • Your use of salon services or products;
  • Third-party websites or services;
  • Unauthorized access to information;
  • Delays, cancellations, or scheduling changes; or
  • Events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability to the extent such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

22. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kaleido Hair and its owners, employees, stylists, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Website, violation of these Terms, or intentional or negligent misconduct.

23. Force Majeure

Kaleido Hair will not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or inability to provide services resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, power outages, government actions, emergencies, labor disruptions, equipment failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

24. Privacy

Your use of the Website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

25. Changes to These Terms

Kaleido Hair may modify or update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be posted on the Website with a revised “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

26. Governing Law

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Website or services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts located in Texas, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

27. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

28. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies or terms specifically provided to you in connection with a particular service, promotion, purchase, or appointment, constitute the agreement between you and Kaleido Hair regarding your use of the Website and related services.
